On our website, we allow you to link to other websites (Google Maps), just as those websites may link to ours. It is important to know that other websites operate in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and that we have no control over them, access to their data, and cannot guarantee or be responsible for any content, advertising, products or other materials available on those websites .

Processing process

The processing of your data includes the purpose of the processing and the legal basis of the processing. The processing of your personal data is carried out in electronic format and may include the following processing actions: collection, categorization, use, analysis, disclosure, sharing, storage and deletion. We process your data in order to:

  •  build, maintain and improve our Site;

  •  enhance your user experience while viewing content on our Site;

  •  register your data on your digital tag;

  •   regularly informed you via email.

In accordance with the Law, the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent. You give consent by entering your data that you want to be displayed on the website of your digital tag and you can revoke it at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data that was carried out before the revocation. In case of revocation, further processing of your personal data will stop as soon as possible.

Use of your personal data

We will use your personal data only with your express consent or if there is another legal basis based on the Law. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected and about which you have been notified.

Storage of your personal data

We pay great attention to the protection and respect of your personal data. We use appropriate administrative, technical, organizational and other measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection of the data we collect and process. We do not retain your personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, nor longer than the period for which we have your consent.

Sharing of your personal information

We will not make your personal data available to third parties without your express consent, nor will we exchange them with entities outside the system of preparation, editing and technical maintenance of the Site.   •  the right to access the data we have collected about you,

  •   the right to correct or supplement personal data, in case of incompleteness or inaccuracy,

  •   the right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to request that the personal data we hold about you be deleted,

  •   the right to revoke consent for the processing of personal data, when consent is the basis for processing,

  •   the right to object to the processing of personal data,

  •  the right to object to the processing of your data for a specific purpose,

  •   the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data, if you do not receive an answer within 30 days from the date of your request to exercise your rights, or you are not satisfied with the answer.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update and/or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in order to keep up with changes in legislation and technical innovations. All changes will enter into force at the moment of publication on the Site. We will seek your consent for any material changes to this Privacy Policy if and where required by Law or other regulation.
